If you like the direction, we confirm the pages, price, timing and ongoing costs in writing. A 50% deposit starts the full build.

First review in 5–7 business daysReview. Refine. Launch.
Review the complete website, use your two revision rounds and approve the final version. The remaining 50% is due before it goes live.

The 5–7 days start after your deposit, with the direction approved and your content and site access ready. If that changes, I’ll email you before the date. No email means your first version is on its way.

Is the preview really free?
Yes. Review a proposed homepage direction before deciding whether to buy. Share your feedback or leave it there; there is no obligation.
Do I keep my domain and content?
Yes. Your domain and supplied content stay yours. We agree what to keep and plan necessary redirects. Your current site can stay live while the replacement is prepared.
When can I review the site?
5–7 business days after your deposit to the first full-site review, once the direction is approved and content and access are ready. Revisions and your approval come before launch.
What support is available?
You receive your files after final payment, plus 30 days of agreed-build fixes after launch. Care is optional at $39 USD/month; one-off changes start at $75 USD. See the package details.
Will a redesign hurt my Google traffic?
It shouldn’t, and we plan for it: keeping addresses and service text where possible, redirecting any that change and checking Search Console after launch. No ranking guarantees, and ongoing SEO isn’t included.
