One fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts: half to begin, half before launch. No surprise invoices. Domain renewals, hosting, paid services and extra work are listed separately in your proposal. Support options & details below.
$499 is for my first five client projects. It includes permission to feature your finished website in OakFrame’s work: screenshots, your business name and a link to your site. A testimonial is welcome but never required, and the rate doesn’t depend on what you say.
Prefer not to be featured? Say so before we start and your proposal will use the standard rate. You can also ask to be removed later, at no charge.
Up to 5 core pages, existing content reorganized, light/color/crop adjustments for up to 10 photos, form setup, launch help and two revision rounds.
The build includes 30 days of fixes to issues in the agreed website after launch. New content, design changes and features are separate requests. One-off updates start at $75 USD, with scope and price agreed before work.
Hosting management, monthly website/contact-form checks, version backups and up to 30 minutes of small edits to existing text, photos, opening hours or contact details. Unused minutes carry over to the next month, then expire.
We reply within 2 business days; completion timing is agreed separately. New pages, sections, redesigns and features are quoted separately.
Your site is hosted in an account in your name. Care covers management; domain renewals, paid hosting and paid services are extra. Your proposal lists the costs and who pays each provider before the build.
Your domain and supplied content stay yours. After final payment, you receive the website files, your hosting and login details, and the licence terms for any third-party fonts, photos or tools used on your site.
Email Max to cancel future monthly care charges. There’s no cancellation fee, and cancelling never takes your website offline. You can take your files to another provider; extra migration work is quoted separately.

Review the complete website, use your two revision rounds and approve the final version. The remaining 50% is due before it goes live.

You can, and they’re inexpensive. The real cost is your time: writing the text, choosing photos and learning the tool. With OakFrame, I do that work, and the site is built around your real services, photos and reviews.
Yes. Your domain and supplied content stay yours. We agree what to keep and plan necessary redirects. Your current site can stay live while the replacement is prepared.
5–7 business days after your deposit to the first full-site review, once the direction is approved and content and access are ready. If that changes, I’ll email you before the date; no email means your first version is on its way. Revisions and your approval come before launch.
You receive your files after final payment, plus 30 days of agreed-build fixes after launch. Care is optional at $39 USD/month; one-off changes start at $75 USD. Hosting and paid services are extra. See care, costs and ownership details.
It shouldn’t, and we plan for it. Where possible we keep your page addresses, titles and service text, redirect any address that changes, and check Google Search Console after launch. A redesign can’t guarantee higher rankings, and ongoing SEO campaigns aren’t included.
